Training is done virtually (via ZOOM) and each session is recorded and

available for playback for 120 days.

You can invite as many team members as you'd like to the session(s) by

sharing the link provided when scheduling.  

Please select the option for the number of training hours you'd prefer and follow the prompts to purchase.

Once purchased you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to my schedule or you can

schedule training on the website under the Personal Training tab.
