CO+ Crash Course is taught online via *ZOOM! Pricing is per person and each class has limited seating to allow for questions. Recording the course is not permitted. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the ZOOM meeting. You will also receive (in a separate email sent one or two days prior to class) login instructions for the Builder's GoTo demo account as well as a Google link with special resources & tips. During the class, you will be instructed to create your own practice project in the demo account. We’ll spend 2 hours a day for one week (Monday-Friday) going over the following topics: CoConstruct CONTACTS: Contacts vs. Users Entering Trade Partners Entering Team Members Creating a Lead/Client Lead Management Creating a New Project Working Your PROSPECT: Estimating/Specs & Selections: Cost Catalog Creating Specifications/Selections Predefined vs. Open-Ended Choices Templates Estimating - Spreadsheet Estimating Markup, Margin & Tax Bidding Proposals Scheduling: Creating a schedule Assigning tasks Schedule settings - "Goldilock's Zone" Task Manager From PROSPECT to ACTIVE: Client Portal: Preview Client Side Messages & Communication Selections and Upgrades Change Log Change Orders Accounting Integration: Accounting Codes QuickBooks Budget Page Purchase Orders Invoices Time Clock Financial Summary Running Your Day: ToDo’s Job Log Files & Photo’s Reports Mobile app WARRANTY Phase: Processing Warranty Requests *Zoom is an audio/video meeting platform. Instruction will be given using a screen share of the instructor's computer. You will have the ability to control your own personal audio and/or video. However, the instructor may require you to open your video to ensure there is only one attendee in the meeting per ticket. We will have time each day for questions and video interaction with the instructor and attendees if you choose to participate.
