Personal Training/Consulting is done virtually (via ZOOM).
Each call session is recorded and available for playback for 120 days.
You can invite as many team members as you'd like to the session(s) by sharing the link provided when scheduling.
Please select the option for the number of training/consulting calls you'd prefer and follow the prompts to purchase.
Once purchased you'll receive an emailed Order Receipt with a link to my schedule or
you can schedule training on the website under the Personal Training tab.
